Timeshare Sales - Group Presenter

The PodiumPresenter delivers a scripted presentation invited guests in a group setting on a daily basis. This position helps maintain and exceed the sales center's daily and monthly budget without jeopardizing the integrity of the company.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The PodiumPresenter:

Quickly and effectively establishes rapport with invited guests.
Delivers the company approved scripted Power Point presentation.
Regularly uses interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea.
Meets established sales goals.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

The PodiumPresenter may also:

Assist the management staff and frontline sales representatives with guests follow up questions after their group presentation.
Attend schedule training sessions at least twice per week.
Attend daily sales meetings.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Education/Credentials
This position requires a high school diploma or G.E.D.

Experience
This position requires at least two years of sales experience. Sales experience in the vacation ownership or hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Podium Presenter works in an office setting with assigned presentation rooms. This is a demanding position in a fast paced sales environment. It requires working on the weekends and occasional late work hours.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
