Front Line Sales

The Frontline Sales Representative sells vacation ownership programs to invited guests through face to face interaction on a daily basis. This position helps maintain and exceed the sales center's daily and monthly budget without jeopardizing the integrity of the company. As a sales professional, you will have face to face contact with qualified customers (identified by our Marketing Department) for you to build a rapport with and sell vacation dreams!
The Frontline Sales Representative:
Quickly and effectively establishes rapport with invited guests.
Carefully reviews guest information and customizes the presentation to fit their needs.
Regularly uses interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea.
Meets established sales goals.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
The Frontline Sales Representative may also:
Contact existing owners for follow-up calls on recent purchases.
Attend schedule training sessions at least twice per week.
Attend daily sales meetings.

Requirements
If you are a driven, ethical, professional salesperson with at least 1 year or more of sales experience and have a passion for the vacation and/or hospitality industry please send in your resume.
Qualifications- Sales experience in Vacation Ownership/Hospitality a plus, College degree preferred in Marketing or Business. HSD or GED required. Must have excellent oral communication skills.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
